Roar Creations
It was never just about what I was creating. It was about who I was becoming. Just Roar. Occasionally feral.
54321 and out the door.
No dramatic transformation.
No perfect plan.
Just a bike ride at 5:45 AM, two loaves of sourdough waiting for the oven, and hopefully some music later today.
A good life is often built from ordinary mornings.
(And yes, I realized halfway through this video that my helmet gives me Mario mushroom vibes. 🍄😂)
How’s your Saturday shaping up?

I speak my mind. People don’t always agree, and that’s okay.
What took me a long time to learn is that having an opinion doesn’t make a woman difficult.
It makes her a person.
Have you ever been called “too much” for simply speaking up?

More indestructibility.
Less shrinking.

Live today. Tomorrow is not promised. What good is a life if not lived?

The older we get, the less willing we are to apologize for taking up space.
We’ve survived heartbreak, loss, disappointment, motherhood, divorce, financial struggles, and reinvention.
And somewhere along the way, many of us stopped asking for permission.
Age doesn’t make women invisible.
It makes us dangerous.
Wise. Bold. Unapologetic.
And perhaps a little radical.

Apparently, peeing in inappropriate places is more common than women realize. Nothing against men, but sometimes they make it very difficult to argue with science. 😂

For centuries, women were taught to doubt themselves.
To ask for permission.
To shrink.
To wait.
To believe someone else held the answers.
But the truth has always been the same.
The wisdom is within you.
The strength is within you.
The magic is within you.
The power is always yours.

The bathroom was closer than the jar. I am choosing peace, but I do have questions.

Since the beginning of time, women have been conditioned to apologize for being emotional, ambitious, intuitive, nurturing, fierce, and unapologetically themselves.
We’re DONE.
The very things we were taught to hide are often our greatest strengths.
Our compassion. Our resilience. Our intuition. Our ability to create, protect, and transform.
From here on, we embrace being fully, gloriously, unmistakably woman.
No apologizing.
