Little story: this girl has been a client of mine since the beginning of Palm & Soul. We’ve been through so many different life changes but now there is a new addition to the family and we are so excited! 🤍

Learn to rest and be easy on yourself.

I struggle with this too. With the hustle of life, it can get so crazy. Trying to be and do all. Then on top of that, filling your socials with influencers shoving the “be 1% better” saying down your throat. Although I do believe in that… I also whole heartedly believe you need to take a second. Breathe. You’re doing fine. 😌 my page isn’t to add to the pressure, what I’m trying to do is encourage you, motivate you, and be your encyclopedia of health and wellness. I always tell my clients, if I don’t know, I’ll find someone who does. I’m just here to help your journey of bettering yourself, a much easier process. 🤍

Consistency, motivation, “the grind”.

It’s hard to have and be all. Having a personal trainer can definitely help you stick to your goals and encourage you through the whole process. It’s not a one time diet, one time workout plan..it’s for a life time. My goal is to help give you the experience and knowledge you need for yourself and for your loved ones. For you to feel healthy and motivate other to be their best selves as well.

Personal training is still loading but when I’m done with the schooling…Watch out. 😎 because all of you are gonna be looking and feeling snatched.

3 Ways To Enter Your Self Care Era

1) Prioritize time to be still. Example) Meditation, sitting on the couch and allowing yourself to be “lazy”. Embrace this part in your life where you have the luxury to breathe, be safe, be calm, be present. Right now, know that you are ok.

2) Be mindful of what you put into your body. Example) foods that you know cause crashes eat them only when you choose to. Not when you crave them. Take control of what you consume, when and what you consume as well.

3) Practice intentional daily movement. Get out of your comfort zone and push past the discomfort. That’s where you grow. Even 10 minutes. Even a stretch. It absolutely does not have to be an all out sprint.

Be easy on yourself and watch your cortisol levels drop. There is nowhere else to be except for here, right now.

Is it working for you?

Losing weight, getting toned, living a pain-free life, moving your body how you want to, being able to control your cravings, not feeling bloated and puffy anymore…

Is what you are doing right now or have done, is it working for you? Because if it’s not…then it’s not for YOU!

The same diet, the same workout plan, the same supplements, the same goals… 100% does not work for two different people.

In the 2nd and 4th picture: I was tired all the time, felt lethargic and puffy all the time, was dieting like crazy, having sugar cravings like crazy, I was irritable, it just wasn’t a good place to be. I was stressed to the max trying to do absolutely everything and I was forgetting the most important thing…listening to what my body needed.

I have turned/am still changing Palm & Soul to a place where one person can help you in all areas. My truest passion is to help people. Period.

Fitness, Nutrition, Massage, Motivation, Balance, and Support. -P&S has got your back.

New year, same/better goals. Now let’s plan and conquer.

How to calculate Macros! 🫐🥯 It looks intimidating but I promise you it’s not.

Nutrition makes up majority of your fitness goals and “not eating” does not mean you’re going to achieve what you want. Irritability, lean muscle loss, plateauing in your physical fitness journey, etc. are all things you will probably experience if you’re not fuelling your body for what it needs.

Calorie tip:
1g of carbs and protein = 4 calories
1g of fat = 9 calories
