As a society we MUST do better. Especially for those people who day after day put themselves in harms way trying to make our lives safer. Be kinder. Listen louder. Judge less. Support each other better. 💔
For the last 31 days we have been challenging ourselves in a multiple of little ways. Everyone who commented and shared was entered to win. was the big winner. Congratulations 🎊
Fun, not so much, but key to a happy life.
Look at your numbers what comes in, what goes out...and where/how.
It has to be specific, not just the category of "food" but specifically dining out, groceries (pull out the non groceries if your hitting the clothes isle at superstore or costco).
Figure it all out, what, where, when and how much.
With that information, the ball is in your court. Do I NEED more or less.
The goal throughout this challenge has been happier life. If we are looking for "happier" then on some level our belief is we need something different. Creativity helps shift our focus.
Creating simply means to bring "something" into existence.
Create "art"- so subjective.. doodle, paint, draw, melt crayons together, sculpt, heck create a beautiful plating out of your tuna noodle casserole 🍜 be really creative and pair it with a cocktail you "create".
It is in us all....let it out...CREATE
No forced gratitude, no false positivity, the day will come at us as it will.....JUST NO COMPLAINTS
Today if you have nothing nice to say, dont fake it....just say nothing.
We dont have to love everything that comes our way. That always perky cup half full all the time person can be really annoying....for today, just no complaints.
Day 28/31 walking meditation.
first make sure your area is clear from obstacles (probably not a great walking meditation if your having to cross streets)
Notice your foot connecting to the ground..the heel..the ball of the foot the toes. At what point of the front foots connection does the back foot begin to separate from the earth. Step after step.
The feel of sand, snow, dirt, grass floor. Step after step
The air touching our skin, cool, warm, damp, dry...it it light or heavy? Thick or thin? Sun shine, moon shine.....notice...be present.
