Sometimes tragedy strikes close to home, and it’s our duty to honour our bodies and our nervous systems when it does. Our family said its final goodbye to Sandra yesterday. Our hearts are broken for the loss of Myra’s Nanny, and my husbands mother.

If you have an appointment this week, it stands. I’ll be there. If you don’t- message me for next week.

I’ll be taking some time to clear my head, heal my heart, and support those nearest and dearest to me. Rest assured I will be doing all the things I tell my clients to do while I move through this. I’ll drink water, move my body intentionally, and support my nervous system by being in nature, connecting with loved ones and taking rest when I need it. This will allow me to show up fully for you, next week.
