Helping women rebuild self worth, self trust and inner safety beyond achievement with trauma informed, client centered aroma hypnotherapy.
When you’re constantly focused on stress, regrets, criticism, what you don’t have, or what could go wrong, your nervous system stays on high alert.
And that state requires energy.
Research suggests that gratitude practices can help reduce stress, improve mood, and support a more balanced nervous system.
So today, I invite you to pause for a moment.
Take a deep breath.
And ask yourself:What am I grateful for today?
Many people are surprised to learn that some of the world’s top athletes have used hypnosis, visualization, and mental rehearsal techniques to enhance performance. Success isn’t just about physical ability—it’s also about confidence, focus, resilience, and belief.
The same tools that help athletes perform under pressure can help you navigate everyday life with more self-trust and confidence.
When my mind feels busy, when anxiety starts to take over, or even when I simply want to fully enjoy the present moment, I come back to this simple focus meditation.
By bringing awareness to my breath and reconnecting with my five senses—what I can see, hear, feel, smell, and taste—I gently return to my body and the present moment.
It’s about creating space, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself.
I practice this daily as a way to ground myself, build self-awareness, and find a sense of calm.

This isn’t about emptying your mind or forcing yourself to relax. It’s about creating space, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself.
I practice this daily as a way to ground myself, build self-awareness, and find a sense of calm amidst life’s noise.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause and notice what is already here.
- Breathe
- Feel
- Observe.
- Come back to yourself.
You are more than your achievement. Your worth was never something you had to earn. If you need help to reconnect with yourself beyond achievement, productivity and external validation, I would be honoured to guide you through hypnotherapy.
“You started crying during your hypnotherapy session... does that mean something went wrong?”Sometimes tears are a sign that something important is being processed.
Many of us spend years pushing emotions away, staying busy, being strong, or telling ourselves we’re fine.
Then, during hypnotherapy, when the mind feels safe, those emotions can finally come to the surface. The goal isn’t to make you cry.
The goal is to help you create change, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself.
Reality: Everyone processes emotions differently.
“You don’t need to relax first. That’s what you’re here to learn.” If stress, anxiety, or an overactive mind have been keeping you stuck, hypnotherapy may help you reconnect with a calmer, more grounded version of yourself.
If you’re ready to break free from old relationship patterns, hypnotherapy can help uncover and transform the beliefs that no longer serve you.
You deserve love without having to earn it. Next hypnotherapy group session is June 25th at 5:30pm about anxious attachment

Hypnotherapy Group Session: Healing Anxious Attachment
Do you find yourself:
• Overthinking relationships?
• Needing constant reassurance?
• Feeling anxious when someone becomes distant?
• Worrying about rejection or abandonment?
• Putting others’ needs before your own to maintain connection?
Anxious attachment can create emotional highs and lows that leave you feeling drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself.
This group hypnotherapy session is designed to help you better understand these patterns and reconnect with your inner sense of security and self-trust.
Why Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to access the subconscious mind, where many of our relationship patterns and beliefs are stored.
During hypnosis, you enter a deeply relaxed state that allows you to explore these patterns with greater awareness and openness to change.
You remain safe, aware, and in control at all times.
Hypnotherapy can help you:
• Reconnect with yourself rather than seeking constant validation from others
• Develop a stronger sense of emotional security
• Calm an overactive mind and reduce relationship anxiety
• Strengthen self-worth and self-trust
• Create healthier and more balanced relationships
What to Expect
• A supportive and intimate group setting
• Discussion and education about anxious attachment
• Reflection exercises and self-discovery
• A guided hypnotherapy experience
• Time to reconnect with yourself and your inner resources
Whether you are single, dating, or in a relationship, this session can help you cultivate a deeper sense of confidence, trust, and emotional freedom.
