When my mind feels busy, when anxiety starts to take over, or even when I simply want to fully enjoy the present moment, I come back to this simple focus meditation.
By bringing awareness to my breath and reconnecting with my five senses—what I can see, hear, feel, smell, and taste—I gently return to my body and the present moment.
It’s about creating space, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself.
I practice this daily as a way to ground myself, build self-awareness, and find a sense of calm.
