✨ Cancellation Policy Reminder ✨

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations can come up. I always do my best to be understanding whenever possible.
However, due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, any appointment cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or less will be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be added to your next service. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
Unfortunately this really affects my small business having an empty chair.
Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in my schedule that are difficult to fill and impact my little business and time of other clients who may have been waiting for an appointment.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and cooperation. I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients and look forward to continuing to provide you with the best possible service.
I only keep going because of all your support and I much appreciate that.
