Please welcome our newest member of the Kare Collective Wellness team, Laurene! 🤎

Laurene is a recent graduate from MacEwan University’s Massage Therapy program and is excited to begin her journey as a Registered Massage Therapist. With a passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives, Laurene strives to create a supportive and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and cared for throughout their wellness journey.

She brings a variety of skills and techniques to her practice, including therapeutic massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, sports massage, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, trigger point therapy, and myofascial cupping. Her goal is to provide personalized care that meets each client’s unique needs and supports them in feeling their best.

Laurene will be joining us starting August 11 and will be available for appointments Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

We are so excited to have her as part of our collective and can’t wait for you to experience the dedication she brings to every treatment.

Kare Collective Wellness is opening September 1, 2026 in Stony Plain and we’re looking for practitioners who are passionate about providing exceptional care and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative clinic environment.

We’re currently welcoming Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and other wellness professionals who are committed to creating meaningful client experiences and providing high-quality care.

We’re intentionally a small, thoughtfully designed clinic where relationships matter. We’ve created a calm, welcoming environment where practitioners can build meaningful client relationships while maintaining the independence of their own practice. Every detail of our space has been thoughtfully chosen to create a peaceful experience for both clients and practitioners.

Current availability:
Mondays, Thursdays, and weekends, with flexibility for morning or evening shifts on other days.

A new chapter begins✨🔑

I am thrilled to share that as of September 1st, I will be taking over the current space of Treestone Massage Therapy & Wellness and opening Kare Collective Wellness !!!

Three years ago, I graduated massage therapy school and quickly developed a dream of one day owning my own clinic. At the time, it felt like something so far away, a goal I hoped to achieve someday but never imagined would become a reality this soon. It genuinely feels so surreal.

I am grateful for this opportunity and for the trust that has been placed in me to continue caring for this amazing community. A special thank you to Janet for always believing in me, supporting me and giving me this incredible opportunity. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her.

Over the coming months, you’ll start to see a new name and some fun changes as Kare Collective Wellness comes to life. While things may look a little different, my commitment to providing exceptional care for every client will remain the same.

To everyone who has trusted me with their care, supported my business, referred their friends and family and followed along on this journey over the last three years… THANK YOU! Your support has helped make this dream possible.
