Just got back from a 4 km walk with my dad and neighbour!!

This may not be a pic of me outside! But one of the things that I’m starting to do is go for walks more. In the past I would make excuses that it’s too cold. I’m wanting to continue the path of a better me. I’ve been walking for the last couple of days with a neighbour. It goes by faster with someone and holds you accountable as well. It’s always better together than alone! This is a win in my books. ❤️😄🤗
