It started out like this….

…and here we are 10 Y E A R S later!!!

Although it really all started in a small stuffy classroom in New Westminster circa April 2006. We became friends, part of ‘the family’ at massage school, and later part of each other’s families. During massage school, we were told ‘you should NEVER go into business together, it’ll be a disaster’ but a few years later the opportunity to become business owners presented itself and we jumped on it! Now 10 years later…one could argue it’s the opposite of a disaster 😌

This week we’re celebrating 10 years of being business partners and owners of Elements of Balance, but we couldn’t have done it without the support from all of you—our family, our friends, our team, our patients—you all have made our leap into business 💯 worthwhile! So thank YOU all for being an invaluable part of these past 10 years!

We are so excited to have Shivneet join our team! Shivneet is an experienced RMT who is now accepting NEW PATIENTS at Elements of Balance. She has appointments available on Mondays and Wednesdays, 8-3:30. Check out her bio and availability on our booking site!

K: My favourite part of my job is to be a part of a patient's healing--working with them with treatment and homecare to help him or her get back to their 'normal'. Getting a patient back to doing the things in life they maybe haven't been able to do anymore due to pain or restrictions in body movements is so fulfilling, plus seeing their joy and relief when they reach those goals!​​​​​​​​
