June is National Indigenous History Month in Canada.

At Maskwiomin, our journey began with traditional birch bark knowledge shared by respected Mi'kmaq Knowledge Holder Tuma Young and transformed through years of scientific research in Cape Breton by Matthias Bierenstiel.

Today, that knowledge continues to inspire every soap, cream, and ointment we make.

That same process inspires the extraction method behind Maskwiomin today.
