A little hello about myself!

I’m a small town gal from Thessalon, Ontario! I moved to Penticton about 2 years ago and the Okanagan has been inspiring to me more and more as I spend time here. I reopened my practice as a Fascial Stretch Therapist at Cedar and Soul Wellness, & you might have met me as your local West-jet counter agent, Salty’s server or local Search and Rescue!

I’m big into small changes for a healthier lifestyle and that’s where making my own skin care became a game changer. With the dryness of this beautiful place, my skin craved hydration, but product after product, I knew I wasn’t going to find the right one. After I first tried tallow and the amazing benefits, I noticed small changes in my skin and began to make small batches.

I use this products as a therapist with consent as I find it perfect for non-greasy application, skin sensitivity and knowing all the ingredients that are in it. 🌱
