Iâve been where you are right now⌠overweight, confused about how to eat right, and intimidated every time I stepped into the gym.
For years, I struggled with my weight, feeling stuck and frustrated. Every time I tried to eat healthy, it felt like I was fighting a losing battle. I didnât understand how to get stronger or what I was doing wrong in the gym.
