Lapping valve seats. Before and after Spitfire cylinder head

Back in June if you recall, I posted a bunch of scribbly notes and calculations. Well ... this was the result;
The Axial Rotational Free Fluid Flow Coolinator.
Initial testing cooled 437 milliliters of 29 degrees C down to 8 degrees C in one pass with a duration of 1 minute 35 seconds. In addition it will also store a variety of mixed liquids at a cool 4 degrees C for hours at a time, ready for dispensing with the twist of the valve.

Added a little flare to this chair

Here is one of our first rain barrels in it's natural habitat.

We usually only show the final product here, so this time I have a before and after of a small table

We finished off a nice spool style coffee table.

We did another planter box, with a personal touch. And yes it lights up too.

The Finishing Department keeps on finishing things. A kitchen table has been brought back to life ...
