Hi Everyone,

When my daughter was little, her grandfather 'Coach Hewlett' would play a fun and healthy game with her.

He'd put an EFA (essential fatty acid) capsule in one of his hands and then place both of his hands behind his back for her to choose which one it was in.

Sometimes she'd guess correctly, and sometimes she wouldn't, but of course they would always play until she got it, because the goal was for her to take it!

The complexities of our human system are truly beyond our understanding.

THE ISSUE: Unintentionally, many people are sabotaging their own health and wellness.

Did you know that calcium is the most abundant mineral in your body?

Hi Everyone,

Here's a common line you've probably all heard:

"Don't salt your food, it's bad for you!"

Unfortunately salt has been incorrectly linked to health issues such as high blood pressure and heart disease.

In actuality, salt (sodium chloride), is a mineral and it is of great importance to human and animal health! In fact, our bodies rely on salt to maintain blood pressure balance.

Ever visit a farm? There is a reason why the farmers provide salt blocks for their animals. And guess what? They can have as many licks as they want! A person or animal will know when they've had enough salt and will no longer crave or want more.
