BODY TYPES: ENDOMORPHS
Today I am going to provide you with some tips and knowledge about the endomorphs🙌

Due to the lower metabolism endomorphs have a higher % of body fat and less muscle mass than other body types ➡️which makes them look rounder
🏋🏻♂️Workout Recommendations:
▫️cardio workouts: strongly encouraged ▫️weights workouts: go for more reps (20-25) with lower weights
🥑Nutrients Recommendations:
daily food intake: 40% of carbs, 30% of protein and 30% of fat
consume more cellulose products and vegetables. Minimize the intake of sweets and fast carbs ➡️ as this type is sensitive to calories consumption

❗️WHAT I EAT IN A DAY❗️as a mom of 3 kids!
Starting off the day with some fresh lemon water! 🍋 💧
Breakfast 🌞
- Black coffee + Oat milk ☕️
- Chia seed oatmeal + berries 🍓
After my workout I made a delicious detox green post workout smoothie! A beautiful blend of fresh ingredients, consisting of:
- Avocado 🥑
- Cashew milk 🥛
- Spinach 🥬
- Pineapple 🍍
- Ginger 🍠
- Mango 🥭
For a snack I had some edamame beans! 😋
Now I don’t know about you guys, but I LOVE lunch! So for today I had a beautiful Organic Warrior Salad Bowl! This salad was so delicious and I’d very high in nutrients! Here are the contents 😊
- Black rice 🍚
- Romaine Lettuce 🥬
- Baby spinach
- Spicy lentil crunchy sprouts
- H**p seeds
- edamame beans 🫒
- Squash 🎃
- Dried cranberries 🫐
- Walnuts 🌰
Dinner 🌙
- Baked salmon + veggies 🐟 🥦

BODY TYPES: MESOMORPH
Visual features of mesomorphs :
🌿 athletic looking
🌿 rectangular body structure
🌿 thin, but not wiry
💥 Easy and quick muscle built
Workout Recommendations:
▫️lifting: moderate- to- heavy weights, & limited rest in b/w sets
▫️five days a week is ideal to stimulate muscle growth
Cardio Recommendations:
▫️consistent cardio sessions for 30-45 minutes 3-5 times a week
▫️those who carry less body fat can decrease their cardio sessions to twice a week
➡️ for optimal results in lowering body fat , cardio interval training or high- intensity interval training ( HIIT or the alternating bursts of intense activity followed by intervals of lighter activity) is recommended
- two to three times a week, along with one to two sessions of steady- state cardio
🥑 daily food intake:
50% of carbs, 30% of protein and 20% of fat
Mesomorphs are naturally strong because their muscles are thick and dense 💪

WHAT IS YOUR BODY TYPE?
do you keep a healthy lifestyle yet still see no results in terms of weight loss?
