We're excited to welcome our new physiotherapist, Priyanka to the team. Priyanka comes to us with over a decade of experience in physiotherapy. She enjoys working with children and adults with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. She has helped patients recover from MVA, sports and work related injuries. She tries to make physiotherapy a positive experience for patients and their families and her goal is for everyone to achieve their full physical potential.
We've been treating adults for a number of years. Now we're excited to welcome the little ones as well. We're making a special play area for them... so adorable.....

Keeping hydrated is an important part of staying healthy. Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better and keeps skin supple. Here is this week’s hydration recipe:

Apple Cinnamon Water
Ingredients:
2 medium apples, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
Water

Instructions:
Add apples and cinnamon sticks to a pitcher of water and chill until cold. You can refill the pitcher several times using the same ingredients.
