Sophia is an incredible educator, and I couldn’t have had a more sweet study buddy than , . I am grateful and amazed. I feel so lucky to have connected with these two incredible women. And I am officially wowing myself. It’s a great treatment that truly has incredible results.

Did the most inspiring Somatic Face Therapy workshop with the incredible Sophia .

It was a combo of of tapping, acupressure, and massage to release stress and stuck emotion from the face. I can’t wait to incorporate it into my treatments. Of course face massage feels wonderful, and it’s great to have a glowy face, but it is so much deeper and emotional than that.

Had a break at work so thought I’d disappear with my LED mask for a bit and come back looking resurrected. Happy Easter!
