I often get asked what exactly an Eastern European manicure (aka Russian manicure) is — so here’s a little breakdown of what it actually entails:

• Detailed and clean manicure techniques, tailored to each client’s skin type and individual needs

• Properly structured nail architecture with precise gel application for natural-looking yet extremely strong nails

• Very precise colour application that keeps nails looking freshly done for longer

• Seamless grow-out with no bumps or irregularities

• Long-lasting retention that easily exceeds 4+ weeks

This technique is all about precision, structure, and longevity — giving you flawless nails that not only look perfect on day one, but stay that way for weeks 👌💅

I absolutely love working on claw nails, there’s something so satisfying about sculpting them and seeing the final shape come together!

Would you like to see the full process? I’ll be sharing the video soon 😏

Hi everyone,
I think it’s time to reintroduce myself and share a few updates 😉

My name is Anastasiya, and I’ve been a nail technician and the owner of Nasty Nails To. for the past 5 years.

Originally, I’m from Ukraine, and I moved to Canada with my family when I was 12 years old. Before starting my career in nails, I was a professional dancer, coach, and choreographer. I still dance, so if you’re curious, you can follow my personal page ✨

My journey as a nail technician began during the pandemic. I had always been interested in the beauty and aesthetics world, and it felt like the perfect time to explore something new. I took my first courses, started practicing—and the rest is history.

Fast forward to now, I’m incredibly grateful to have a full client base, including many clients who have been with me for years 🙌

I specialize in Eastern European techniques—focusing on detailed cuticle work, clean application, strong nail structure that lasts for weeks, and an overall natural-looking result.

Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter: becoming an educator and sharing my experience with those interested in the nail industry.

I take this responsibility very seriously. Beyond years of training and refining my techniques, I’ve developed comprehensive manuals and educational resources to ensure I can support each student individually to the highest standard.

I’ll be offering:
• 3-day intensive courses for beginner nail techs just starting out
• 1-day personalized intensives for those looking to improve specific areas—whether it’s shaping, retention, or learning new designs

If you have any questions, feel free to message me—we’ll chat 😉

Took me a week to finish my nails 🙈 so if you see minor grow out in the photos that’s why 😆

Did this set a while ago, just never got around to posting it 🦅😄

I used every possible medium in this set to test my new products 😄

Cat eye, chrome, stamping, isolated chrome, 3D, and embellishments on top of it all!
