Until the very last moment, I wasn’t sure. In championships, you never truly know what the judges will decide. Even when everyone around me was saying I did an amazing job… there is always that quiet moment of waiting, of doubt, of holding your breath.

That moment taught me something powerful: trust your work, trust your preparation, and trust yourself… even when the result is unknown.

And when my name was called for gold… it was not just a victory, it was a moment of deep gratitude.

I refined my flow, improved my rhythm, and learned how to connect techniques seamlessly — not just to perform, but to truly deliver results. I became more focused on details: pressure control, timing, and the energy I transfer to my client.
