Starting today we’re offering Free Local Delivery, and there’s a bonus:
Local Delivery orders are eligible for our free Empties Pickup Service. This means that when you place an order you can also leave out your empty personal care & beauty product containers for us to pick up on delivery.
After collecting your items we in turn send them to where they have developed specialized systems to separate and reuse the composite materials.
Only 9% of the plastics we use in Canada are recycled & many items end up in landfill, being burnt, or being sent overseas to be burnt. Through this service we can help divert some items from this cycle. Follow the link in our bio for details.

Furoshiki, the traditional Japanese gift wrapping method. Our Furoshiki Wrapping Cloths are handmade in Canada from organic cotton and dyed in small batches.
They can be used year after year and are biodegradable, making them the most sustainable way to wrap your gifts.

When a certification has rigorous standards and a thorough assessment process it helps us to gain trust. With many buzz words thrown around these days, it’s hard to decipher fact from fiction. Certifications can provide clarity and bring a level of authenticity to a product.
The Global Organic Textile Standard began when organizations in Germany (IVN), Japan (JOCA), the USA (OTA), and the UK (Soil Association) came together to establish a global standard for natural textile production.
It evaluates the entire supply chain from farmers through to processors, manufacturers, and traders, making sure strict environmental criteria are met. Any dyes or auxiliaries are included in the assessment. Social criteria must also be met to ensure ethical working conditions.
