It is with great sadness we share the new that the Matriarch of our family has passed. Maria Carmina Mazzucco gave us 97 years to enjoy all her lessons and love.

Details regarding visitation and funeral will be shared when finalized.

Hello 2021!

This past weekend my little mini me was in the Islington Junior Golf Championships.

Saturday he came home totally elated. Smile from ear to ear.
Mom guess what.

Well today I shot an 80!
Oh wow ... what place are you in?
(His competition is an older boy who has no handicap)
Actually I beat R today..
What did he shoot??
An 83... so right now I am in the lead by 3
Wow!

Sunday morning Johnluca gets up...
Mom I am going to pratice Chipping for an hour and then some putting... I am going to have lunch at the club and Zone out for 1 hour before the match..

Ok.

Before his match I left him a text.
Johnluca you have been practicing for this moment for 3 years... you got this. I believe in you... just pay like any other day.

Mom please stop texting you making me nervous....

It was ONE text telling him I ❤U

Later my dad texts... "Johnluca is in the water on 11... front 9 was not hot... coming to pick you up."

Now as mom I am on pins and needles... I know how much this means to him... I know if I go he might get super nervous... or he could just need a hug from mom to make the game go right.

So I went ... after he saw me he bogied and pared the next couple of wholes to win his flight. His score 85.
He missed over all winner by 4 strokes in the end. (He wanted that title too). Since he was in the circles of the top 4 juniors he gets to play in the Mens Open this weekend...

Johnluca's perseverance, practice and dedication to the sport... the learning and observing of his swing, those he admires is awesome to watch and learn from.... I just wish he would do the same with school and his home work.

Good Luck Johnluca .... Try not to beat Nonno to badly this weekend.

Today Heaven got a new Angle. The Fitness Industry lost an ICON! Sharon Compagna.
Battling cancer for 4 years on her term she lost the fight... the fight she fought so strong. Sharon did not go your traditional route she found an alternative way that gave her more love and hope.

You did not need to know Sharon to see the love a npassion she had for life. It was all in her smile. You could not pass her with out smiling!! It was infectious.

Sharon was an amazing leader in the fitness industry. She was accoladed and inspiring she worked in many projects and what ever she was behind had science. Sharron was a big part of the Lebert fintness team. This is when I can officially say I truly met her and her brilliance. How caring she was for the people around her, she was your biggest cheerleader and motivator no matter the situation. She did everything with style and grace.

Sharon inspired many to live better lives. Though she was fighting Cancer she took us on her journey. Every corner bright or dark. When she needed help her tribe was right behind her cause we all knew how much she was ment in this world. I thought Icons like Sharon were suppose to get a pass... they were immortal. I guess heven needed her for an amzing position.

My deepest sympathies to her husband and three boys, her extended family and friends and colleagues. Rest in Peace beautiful angle.

Now that the weather is nice lets enjoy the out doors.... Here is the work out schedule for June!
