Joseph Fanfara came to Canada from Italy after the war and worked nearby at a billiard hall, and barbered on the side. There came a time for young Mr. Fanfara when the barbering became more profitable than the billiards, so in 1953 he opened up the barber shop in its current location at 3397 Lakeshore Boulevard West. Fanfara passed away and the last of the original barbers retired, the shop lay id

Classic Nite Owl tees are finally back in stock! We usually sell them for $25, but have decided to do this run for $40 and give the proceeds toward his continued bout with cancer ( 🤝). We’re so lucky to know, work alongside, and call our friend. Unfortunately he’s been diagnosed with an aggressive form of bladder cancer and is going to be outta the game for about 6 months as he deals with chemo, surgeries and recovers. If you’re able to assist him at all financially it would mean the world to us, and if you’re no, a share would be as appreciated! Thanks to & for setting this up on behalf of our beloved pal.
