✨ I always felt this Writer in me was locked in from years of fear and thinking what I have to say doesn't matter to people. In this last two and a half months, I've pivotted my expression to a whole new level of being free with it, fearless with it, and confident in it. One expansive source for this has been deep meditations through my Future Self Incubator course, a mind blowing course that deserves its own future post.

✨Within this course, a very special series of what I call Imagination & Sensory Based Guided Meditations with Writing as it's focused outcome. I am starting to share some of my writings, the first one being a letter to my Little Girl Self in my last post. Sandra Brickell, my friend and author, created these incredible meditations. She guides us to discover an answer or a message relating to the question she base our meditation on.
