Even finding the smallest moments to move can make a difference.
I started my moment with some footwork, but then found some space and time to fit in a few more favs.

Posted • I realized just this week that Joseph Pilates put The Push Up at the end of the workout so that the strong people in the class that had low self-esteem from the last exercise would come back next week. thank you! 🙏🏾👊🏾🔥

I would like to take a break from shouting out men that do Pilates for a moment to celebrate my amazing fabulous, beautiful client and friend Ela. I was taking these pictures as she was doing her tree so that she could identify the difference in the extension she gets on one leg verses the other. I can say straighten your leg, reach for the ceiling... whatever cue, or I can say look at your left leg. Now look at your right side. The visual cue has power. That’s not my point right now though.
My point is, when I showed Ela exhibit “a”. Her response was, “That’s me??????”
She could not compute how good she actually looked! She was surprised. I wasn’t. Take a moment to celebrate your clients and their accomplishments. Praise them for their progress and give them a moment to admire their handiwork.
I don’t train but he makes sure he gets his Pilates in 2 times a week. He is taking care of his $330 million dollar body. How much is your body worth? Thanks
