It doesn’t matter what you eat, it’s your nervous system.

The rules and opinions on what you feed your own damn body are getting absolutely out of control!!

2500 women who I have worked with have all cut out dairy, sugar, gluten, soy, eggs, processed food, alcohol, caffeine and their acne, painful periods, gut issues and anxiety are still there.
