Finished!!!! I finished this beautiful by yesterday! I haven’t been able to take it off since!

This cardigan has been languishing for quite some time. The thought of picking up the button band was not appealing. That and the sleeve construction had me more than a little nervous! But a lot of makers are hosting MAL where you work on something that has been sitting - so I pulled it out and did the button band yesterday! I’ve marked the sleeves and I’m going to get that started this evening. 🤞🏻I can have this done before I leave on vacation in 19 days!

I haven’t been very active on Instagram lately… not sure why! Anyhow. I finished up these gorgeous by the amazing . These are destined to be a gift, but I think I need a pair for myself. They are stunning! This was my first pair of lace socks and while there are a few boo boos here and there I live them! ❤️❤️❤️

Not only did I make this gorgeous it is in a lovely shade of green. I proudly wear green on St Patrick’s Day to represent my Irish roots. To me it honours the strength, suffering, bravery and resilience of my ancestors who left their homeland in Ireland to settle in Canada.

Awaiting multiple providers to have power restored to my home. Attempting to focus on the positives which include kind and generous friends and the beauty of the sun sparkling on the ice.

Apparently this is winter in the Maritimes! Where branches pull down your power lines….
