In 2010 Richard Lipscombe and Rachel Ullman joined forces in order to create memorable House Music events for Toronto’s EDM loving fans.
The magic began with Boat En Blanc in June 2011 and the momentum has not let up. Rich and Rach pride themselves on their ability to stay nomadic in their quest to find well-suited venues and fill them with like-minded, free spirited, party-goers.
