My clients are ambitious, confident and use to being viewed as the strong one — both in the office & at home.
They are the ones who keep it all together & seamlessly moving forward no matter what’s coming their way.
To a large degree a mirror of what I projected when I was in the Investment industry.
But underneath here’s the truth .
Being perceived as being the strong one often makes you feel that you can’t share your vulnerability. The armour you wear begins to feel unbelievably heavy, especially when things may not be going as planned & you don’t feel like you can burden others with your problems.
It means putting a smile on your face everyday even when you’re tired, scared and quietly burning out .
I navigated this exact situation back in 2018 and since then have been walking with clients to bring them out on the other side .
A side where they are still strong , confident and ambitious but where the inside now matches the outside .

Your morning routine should be as unique as your ambitions .
The first 90 minutes of your day ? They set the tone for everything that follows .
But here’s the thing : a powerful morning routine doesn’t have to mean 5am wakeups , green juice and an hour of journaling ( unless that works for you ). It needs to be customized - to your energy, your goals and the season of life your in .
The most accomplished clients I work with have learned that it’s more important to start their days with intention over intensity.
They’ve stopped copying what works for others & created a rhythm that fuels them - not just their calendar.
Whether that looks like a quiet coffee before the house wakes up , a brisk walk to clear your mind , or 20 minutes mapping your priorities- what matters is that it’s yours and it directly aligns with setting your day up for you to be your most successful.
Welcome to day 12 in our challenge . Design the first 90 minutes of your day with intention .
Because when your morning routine is aligned with the outcomes you want , everything in your day becomes more purposeful and less reactive.
This isn’t about perfection . It’s about building a routine that helps you show up clear, focused and anchored in what matters most .

One of my favourite moments when working with a new client is the EXHALE.
That deep, full-body breath they didn’t even realize they were holding .
The moment they realize —
“She’s got me. I’m not alone . I finally found the person who understands.”
This isn’t just about performance.
It’s about peace.
It’s about building success that doesn’t cost you your joy, your health or your soul.

Family , Leadership & Connection are 3 personal values I honour in my work , relationships and even in my calendar .
They provide me a guidepost on what opportunities to say yes to & can highlight for me when I’m out of alignment .
Knowing and aligning your values to the work you do can increase your overall satisfaction in your career as well as improve your mindset in general.
Todays task for you is to journal & choose 3 to 5 personal values . James Clear and Brene Brown both have great lists online if you need more inspiration or clarity.
Once you have those ask yourself where are my values evident in my work, free time and schedule . What gaps or alignment do you see ?

In a world where our minds are always on , today’s challenge is simple .
Turn off all screens at least one hour before bed for the remainder of our challenge .
No emails. No scrolling . No tv.
Instead of spending that hour tied to your phone or laptop use it to :
💡Journal your thoughts & review what went well during the day .
📚 Read something inspiring
🧘 gently stretch and decompress
🎯 spend time visualizing the completion of your goals .
Why ?
This activity will help your nervous system wind down after what’s likely a high performing day . It will improve the quality of your sleep , supports and creates a space for strategic reflection that’s invaluable to your life .
This activity is not about restricting your activity as much as it is about providing restoration .

What you consume shapes how you feel .
If you’re feeling drained , anxious , or off ….. take a look at what you’re consuming daily .
🧹. Today’s challenge : sweep your social media .
✨ Unfollow or mute any accounts for the next month that spark comparisons, draining your energy, or just don’t align anymore .
✨Scan your screen time . What are you watching at night ? If you want more peace in your life , stop filling your evenings with drama and fear .
You don’t have to invite noise into your nervous system .
Protect your energy like your future depends on it —- because it does .

Your next level needs more room. Let’s make some space for it.
Every day for the remainder of the challenge, I invite you to remove 5 pieces of clutter from your life.
That could be:
🗂️ The stack of papers on your desk.
📱 Old screenshots clogging your camera roll.
📧 A full inbox or unused digital file.
🛒 Items in your pantry you’ll never actually eat or clothes in your closet you’ll never wear again.
🧠 Even a lingering task that’s taking up mental space.
Clutter — both physical and digital — chips away at your focus and energy. It quietly whispers “you’re behind.”
When so many items are competing for your focus its no wonder you’re drained mentally by the end of the day.
Clearing even a small amount creates a powerful shift. It signals to your mind:
“I run my day. My life is mine to design.”
This isn’t about minimalism for the sake of it. It’s about making space — for clarity, peace, and expansion.
For those of you who are following along, you’ve just completed Phase One of my 30 day challenge: Foundations.
Over the past 7 days, you’ve planted some important seeds:
✔️ Gained insight into how you’re spending your time and money
✔️ Begun shifting your focus from what you don’t want… to what you do
✔️ Started addressing the hidden energy drains that sabotage consistency
✔️ Laid the groundwork for what’s coming next
This phase was designed to create clarity, capacity, and conscious awareness. Without these, transformation becomes just another thing on your to-do list.
But with them?

📝 Track everything !
📊 Categorize it : what’s admin , rev generating , family , personal , avoidance/procrastination
💡 Reflect : what trends and patterns do you see ? Is your time supporting the life & business you want ?
This one exercise has helped my clients reclaim up to 10 hours a week ! That’s 10 hours to move toward what actually matters .
Your time is one of your most precious assets.
