Deborah G. Headley RSW, CYC is the President and Principal Associate of Network for Therapeutic Alliances. She is a registered clinical social worker, psychotherapist, educator, trainer and organizational consultant. Her expertise is in the community and social services, mental health, health care and education sectors where she works with, teaches about and consults on issues related to these areas. Deborah holds a deep commitment to access, equity and to using inclusive practices to create safe spaces for people of different identities, backgrounds and experiences to learn, heal and make life changes.
