The darkest thoughts that keep you up at 3am? They're more common than you think.
Motherhood isn't always matching outfits and peaceful naps.
Sometimes it's rage, tears, and wondering why no one warned you about this part.
But here's the truth: You're not broken, you're human.
And healing is possible. 💕
Life writes the most beautiful stories through the people we meet along the way 🌟
Some stay forever, others for a chapter
Each leaving footprints on our hearts 🍃
Growth comes in many forms
Sometimes through joy, sometimes through pain
But always through gratitude 🙏
Here's to everyone who shaped my journey...
2026 is the year of unapologetic authenticity ✨
Time to stop shrinking ourselves to make others comfortable 🦋
Your growth may trigger those still comfortable in their comfort zone - and that's okay 🌱
Save this as your reminder to choose yourself 💫

✨ Happy Holidays, everyone! ✨
As the year winds down, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the wins, the lessons, and the unexpected twists that made 2025 unforgettable. Whether it was growing personally, professionally, or just surviving the chaos with a smile, here’s to the little moments that mattered most.
To my colleagues, clients, friends, and fellow humans navigating this wild ride—thank you for showing up, sharing the journey, and inspiring me along the way. May your holidays be full of laughter, connection, and maybe a little extra chocolate 🍫.
Here’s to a bright, bold, and joyful 2026—let’s make it our best year yet!
Let's Declutter with a Purpose, Mississauga!
As the weather cools and we start nesting inside, I realized it's the perfect time for a deep clean and declutter. But instead of just trashing things, let's put our gently used items to work for our neighbours right here in Mississauga.
I'm making a run to the Salvation Army Thrift Store at 1458 Dundas Street East this weekend, and I wanted to invite you to join the movement!
It's such a simple way to create a positive ripple effect:
Clothes: Your old jacket could keep someone warm this winter.
Household Goods: That extra set of dishes or toys can furnish a new start for a family in transition.
The Best Part: Every item you donate helps fund Salvation Army programs that support vital community services right here in Peel Region, from basic needs to rehabilitation.
Donating is not just about making space in your closet; it's about making a difference in someone else's life. It feels genuinely good to know your items are gaining a second life and supporting a bigger mission.
Drop-off details: The donation centre at the Dundas East location is usually open during store hours, but I always recommend a quick call to confirm if you have larger items!
Who else is tackling a clutter zone this weekend? Let me know what you're planning to drop off!
💖 Stepping Up for Our Neighbours: Urgent Needs at The Open Door (Square One)
I often talk about the power of our professional networks, but sometimes, the most important work we can do is purely human. Right now, The Open Door at Square One is making a massive difference in our Mississauga community, providing vital support for families, newcomers, and individuals facing crisis.
They need our help today to meet immediate, essential needs as the weather shifts and the holidays approach. This is direct, impactful giving.
The Power of Genuine Action
Donating a coat or a pack of diapers isn't just charity; it's an act of solidarity.
It’s recognizing that the difference between someone being safe and someone being left out in the cold often comes down to community support.
Can your office organize a quick coat drive? Can your team pool together for a monetary donation? Even sharing this post helps bring these urgent needs to a wider audience.
Let's use the strength of our network for good. Let's make sure that those who are struggling right now feel the warmth and compassion of our community. Thank you for reading, sharing, and acting.
We often talk about "resource allocation" and "supply chain management" here. But let's apply those concepts to the most basic human need: food.
People in our professional networks, our neighborhoods, and even our own companies are silently struggling with food insecurity. It’s a tough topic, but we need to address it.
If you or someone you know is struggling to put food on the table, please know that you are not alone, and help is available. Reaching out is a sign of incredible strength, not weakness.
Please save this list of compassionate, local organizations that are ready to support you with zero judgment for food, groceries, baby items, gift cards, furniture, etc:
* Sacred Hands
* Safety Net
* Choice 42
* Sisters of Life
* Food Share
* Your Local Churches/Faith Groups (They are often the first responders in the community!)
Don't let pride or shame stand in the way of essential care. These groups exist specifically to help you bridge the gap.
Right now, as the weather gets colder, there are people in Mississauga struggling with homelessness, deep loneliness, and life crises.
When they have nowhere else to turn, they walk through The Open Door Mississauga.
For over 50 years, this incredible Christian
drop-in centre—located right by Square One—has been a lifeline. They are truly the hands and feet on the ground, offering:
Warmth & Food: A safe space and hot coffee when they need it most.
Essential Supplies: Clean socks, coats, toiletries, clothing, baby items, postpartum items, children, women's & men's clothing, shoes, and dignity.
Heart-to-Heart Support: Meeting people struggling with addiction, mental health, and absolute despair with genuine love and compassion.
Here's the honest truth: The Open Door runs entirely on donations and volunteer power.
They are desperately low on funds and supplies.
They can only keep that door open if we, the community, step up.
If you are looking for a place where your money, time, or physical donations make an immediate and tangible difference, this is it.
Can you help keep this crucial door open this winter?
Every dollar, every pair of baby mittens, hats, warm coats, and every share helps save a life right here in our city.
Thank you for your kindness! 🙏
Becoming a new mom again after 14 years has been such a beautiful mix of nostalgia, growth, and awe.
So much has changed since I last did this — from baby gear to self-care tools for moms — and I’m realizing how differently (and thoughtfully!) motherhood is being supported today.
Lately, I’ve been seeing so many moms talk about how Momcozy products have made their postpartum journeys smoother — from comfort to practicality, they really seem to get modern motherhood. As someone navigating this chapter again with fresh eyes (and a teenager at home 😅), I’d love to experience what makes their brand so loved by so many.
If you’re a new or seasoned mom who’s used Momcozy, I’d genuinely love to hear —

👉 What made it a game changer for you?
Here’s to rediscovering motherhood, one cozy moment at a time. 💕
