𖦹 edible alchemy | healing teas and treats
☮︎ hormone balance | self care rituals
I’m here to tell you that cycle syncing doesn’t have to be rigid, complicated, or demanding!
It can be as simple as you need it to be.
Falling in love with nourishing yourself is the most important thing you can do for your health, and your hormones. With that as the foundation, your nourishment can then adapt to whatever you have the time and capacity for.
To me, THAT is true cycle syncing.

Recipe below! 🌱
1 cup of loosely packed garlic mustard leaves and flowers
5 tablespoons of olive oil
3 teaspoons of honey
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons h**p seeds
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
5 tablespoons of milk of your choice
• Gently wash and dry your garlic mustard leaves and flowers and pat dry.
• Blend everything together in a food processor or blender.
• Bottles it up and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
• Try it in a salad, rice + veg bowls, wraps, or as a dip with some mayo!
I just want you to know how much of a honour it is to craft these teas for you.
Every single day I think about little me and how badly she needed this support.
I think a lot about myself and all the women who are/were gaslit by doctors over and over again that they’re debilitating symptoms were normal.
I’m so happy to be apart of the movement that is bringing women’s health to the spotlight FINALLY.
Our teas are just the first of many offerings I’ll have for you.
I can’t wait to give you even more support.
I CAN’T WAIT TO BE A HORMONE HEALTH PRACTITIONER!!!

As women, we are taught that anger isn’t feminine. That anger makes us undesirable.
Well I say, f*ck that.
The notion of keeping anger bottled up is quite literally making us sick.
Everyone gets mad sometimes.
It’s how you express it that makes all the difference.
Let me show you how to release it in a healthy way!

Our urgency is making us sick.
In my pursuit of becoming a women’s holistic health practitioner, I’m learning over and over again the detrimental effects of stress on every system in the body.
Living in constant urgency puts us in fight or flight.
And when chronic stress becomes our baseline, illness follows.
Blood sugar imbalances, estrogen dominance, and gut issues are all common examples of this.
And if these persist, they can lead to even more intense health issues down the line, such as cancer and diabetes.
My intention here is not to scare you, but quite the opposite; I want to remind you (and myself) to slow down, and be present in the moment as much as possible.

It’s all online for now, but one day I will open a wellness centre with a movement studio and a cafe!
