Sleeping with Dreadlocks? Where do you put them? Do you cover them or tie them up? Do they get caught underneath you?

These are all questions I’ve had over the years. The answer is pretty simple, I throw them up over my pillow and allow them to be free. I am able to roll from side to side without rolling on them. I prefer to let them be free to give my scalp a break from weight or being tied up.

Dread Repair!

This was a bit of a challenge, my client had her full head dreaded originally and she had gone to a loctician who had convinced her to shave off her sides. After they had grown back in she decided she wanted dreads there again but she did not want extensions that were not her own hair.

As a resolution we decided to create new dreads on the sides and take some off of her length and transplant them onto the new ones on the sides as she had very long length to work with.

The result was amazing and she had her side dreads back and it was all her own hair!
