And with that the 2025 season comes to an end.
From going to Dominican, and a ski trip, MJ in her first play, Emerson competing in speed skating, Wyatt winning a hockey tournament, Mike and I celebrating two big birthdays, going to concerts, seeing lots of friends, MJ donating her hair for cancer patients, spending tons of time with family! To another wonderful year with wonderful people!!

Skinny isn’t the goal — and it never should’ve been.
Because “skinny” doesn’t guarantee energy, health, confidence, or longevity.
It doesn’t help you chase your kids, carry your life on your shoulders, or show up when it matters.
Strength does.
Strong means having the energy to be present, not exhausted.
Strong means supporting your bones, hormones, and heart as you age.
Strong means reducing injury, moving with confidence, and living longer.
Strong means modeling a healthy relationship with your body for your kids.
Skinny is about taking up less space.
Strength is about owning your space — and your life.
I don’t want to shrink.
I want to live fully, love deeply, lift heavy, and show up with a body that can carry me through years and years with my family.
Strong is the goal. Always!! And I hope it is for you too💗💪✨
