Becoming with Mega

I have always had to do this and this year we wouldn’t be different ….if Ryan likes let him fly around like bird.

7 months of this boy and honestly we are just grateful.
Grateful to God for trusting us with him. For making him healthy and strong and full of life. For letting us be his people.
Ryan has a brother. I have my two boys. And every single day with him is a gift we do not take for granted.

Mum life is beautiful but it can get SO overwhelming. Here are 5 things I do when I need to reset:
1. I clean my space — a clear space helps me think clearly. When my space is tidy, my mind follows.
2. I step outside — fresh air does something to my mood every single time.
3. I breathe intentionally — slow it all the way down. It works every time.
4. I put my phone down — the scrolling makes it worse. Quiet is underrated.
5. I make a warm drink and do nothing — just 5 minutes of stillness and I feel like myself again.
