Went to bed and woke up during the night with an aching left shoulder couldn't sleep, couldn't roll over on it. When I finally got up I couldn't lift my arm past half way. Racked my brain as to what I did to have such a sore shoulder. Immediately rubbed Magnesium Butter all over my shoulder.
