Dancing heals mind, body and brain for an ageless, youthful life long experience. I do it with adults and seniors.
Why Dancing Is the Best Thing You Can Do For Your Body Basically, dancing with someone else is like exercise and a hug rolled together.
This is true progressive care for all abilities and the elderly. I feel a part of this path. 25% of the population by 2030 will be elderly and progressive care is the dignified path for care.
That is what I call best 'Creative, Proactive Care Practices. This is what I do in my work.... Dance/Movement and Music of all abilities and smile. XO
