For years, culture felt like the biggest thing standing between us.
Before we got married, we spent 5 years navigating fears, expectations, opinions, and the idea that our differences somehow mattered more than the connection we had built.
In the end, the very thing that once felt so “big” became one of the smallest parts of our marriage.
Now here we are years later, raising 3 beautiful children together in a home centered around love, deen, kindness, and connection.
And honestly? I’m grateful we didn’t let culture stop us from building the life we have today. 🤍

Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a mama someday.
Becoming a mother has been the greatest blessing of my life. Carrying my babies, watching them grow outside of my body, nurturing them, comforting them, loving them through every stage… it’s a bond so deep that words could never fully capture it.
My children have changed me in the most beautiful ways. They’ve given me purpose, softened my heart, reminded me to slow down, and taught me to find beauty in the smallest moments — the cuddles, the giggles, the tiny hands reaching for me.
There is nothing in this world like being their mama. And I thank Allah every single day for the privilege of raising these little humans. 🤍
And today, my heart is also with the women carrying silent pain. The ones longing to become mothers. The ones who never got the chance. The mothers who have lost children. The children who have lost their mamas. The women carrying grief while the world celebrates today.
May Allah ease every ache and fill your hearts with comfort and peace. 🤍
