Hope everyone’s having a good day! 💈 Just wanted to address something quickly regarding online booking.

I have the booking app set up so everyone can choose the appropriate service and time slot. This keeps my day organized, prevents appointments from overlapping, and makes sure every client gets the time they deserve in the chair. 💯

Recently, I’ve had a few people book the 10-minute Fresh Up service and then come in wanting a full fade. A full fade takes anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour, depending on the cut. Unfortunately, I can’t fit a full fade into a 10-minute appointment without running into the next client’s scheduled time.

Going forward, if a Fresh Up is booked but a full fade is needed, I may have to reschedule the appointment for an available fade time slot.

Please make sure you’re selecting the correct service when booking. 🙏 It keeps everything running smoothly and makes it fair for everyone who has booked their time.
