We get so many DMs asking, “Who can get tooth gems?” The truth is, while they look effortless, a flawless, long-lasting gem depends entirely on the health of your smile before we even open the adhesive.

For us at Amiri Beauty Bar, the goal is always a transformation that is safe, sustainable, and (obviously) stunning. This isn’t just about placing a gem; it’s about respecting your dental anatomy. We have high standards because you deserve them.

So, who is the Ideal Candidate? Swipe the infographic ⬆️ or read on to see if you’re gem-ready:

1️⃣ HEALTHY ENAMEL: This is non-negotiable. Enamel erosion or thinning means the adhesive won’t bond effectively. We need a strong, stable foundation for your shine.

2️⃣ GOOD ORAL HYGIENE: If you’re a brushing and flossing pro, you’re our favorite kind of client! Gems love clean teeth and a solid hygiene routine.

3️⃣ A ‘FIXED’ SMILE: We need your alignment process to be complete. If you’re currently rocking braces or Invisalign, wait until you finish—then we can give your final smile its crown! 👑

4️⃣ AGE 16+: We follow strict age guidelines (with parental consent) to ensure the enamel is mature and stable. No exceptions here, family!

5️⃣ NATURAL DENTITION: This is key! We cannot apply gems to porcelain caps, veneers, or large composite fillings. The adhesive won’t stick, and we will never place something that is destined to fail (and potentially damage your work).
