NOW HIRING – RECEPTIONIST
Part-Time with potential for more hours

North Country Massage and Medi Spa is looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly receptionist to join our busy medical spa team!

We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent customer service skills
• Is computer literate and able to learn booking systems quickly
• Is dependable, professional, and on time
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong communication and organizational skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team

Duties include:
• Greeting clients and checking them in/out
• Answering phones and booking appointments
• Processing payments and gift certificates
• Assisting with retail sales
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the spa
• Helping with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Supporting staff and ensuring clients have an exceptional experience

Medical spa or receptionist experience is an asset, but willing to train the right person.
