There is something incredibly powerful that happens when women gather with the intention to heal, remember and rise together.

Today marked Week 7 of Reclaiming Her and my heart is overflowing with gratitude for the 14 women who have said yes to themselves and this journey.

Over the past several weeks, I’ve witnessed women reclaim their voices, reconnect with their truth, move through fears, gain clarity, dream bigger and take courageous steps forward. Some are even bringing new businesses and visions to life.

Watching women remember who they are is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Today, my beautiful soul sister Alyssa from joined us and guided our group through a cacao ceremony and embodiment practice. It was nourishing, grounding, cleansing and exactly what was needed under this Full Moon energy. Thank you, sweet sister, for sharing your gifts and creating such a powerful experience for these women. 🤍🙏🏼

This work continues to remind me that healing is never just about us. Every time we choose to reclaim our story, our voice and our worth, that healing ripples outward…to our families, our communities and the generations before us and that follow.
