COVID-19 Policies:

Vaccine Passports are Mandatory starting October 22nd 2021.

•VaxPass (or valid proof of vaccination/medical exception) and a government issued ID must be shown at the door.

•Anyone arriving without proof of vaccination will be required to pay for the appointment they booked without receiving service. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if:

•You are sick with flu/cold like symptoms,
•You or someone in your bubble is at risk of exposure to COVID-19,
•You are required by NL provincial guidelines to self isolated or get tested for COVID-19,
•You do not have valid proof of vaccination/medical exception.

•Guests or dependants are prohibited
•Please text when you arrive
•Please send any nail inspo in advance

$20 Deposits are required if:
•You are a new or irregular client;
•You cancelled your (last) appointment with in 48 hours.
•Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. Cancellation Policy
Includes cancelling or rebooking your appointment within the 48 hour period. No Show Fee ($20):
Required to be paid, by ALL clients if they miss their appointment, in order to rebook. This is not a deposit. No Shows may be required to pay in full to book new appointments. Late Policy
I give everyone a 15 minute grace period, however after the 15 minutes you are considered a No Show and I am unable to provide your service. If you are running late please text or call me to ensure I can accommodate you. Parking Policy
There is NO on street parking, my driveway is available for parking. Payment Policy
I accept EMT or exact cash as payment. I do not keep a float of cash, therefore I cannot give change. All payments are due at your appointment. Repair Policy
I am happy to repair any chips or broken nails within 7 days for free. After 7 days I do charge a minimum of $5 per visit.
