This is not a mainstream salon – we are looking to step up your nail game. My name is Keesha and I am the owner of Electrik Nailz! I have been slaying the nail game since 2014 with my colorful, vibey, Electrik art. In 2019, my passion for my career and lifestyle motivated me to start my own gel nail academy, teaching my students how to become brilliant gel nail artists as well as assisting them in becoming their own boss! In 2020, I became a Licensed Magic Gel Educator, and am very proud to be working and teaching with this amazing brand. I am so grateful to have a career in something that doesn’t even feel like work to me — I am living the dream! I get the honour in helping people express themselves by creating wearable art for them, as well as develop close relationships with them along the way! I think it is so freaking awesome how nails bring so many types of people together and how a bomb set of nails will often be responsible for striking up conversation between two people who would otherwise be strangers! My goal is to hold a creative fantasy space that makes my clients and students feel at home with me, no matter who they are. I strive to create an environment where people of all ages, sizes, abilities, gender identities, gender expressions, sexual orientations, races, cultures, nationalities, experiences, backgrounds, and situations are celebrated.
