You are much more likely to be successful at changing your habits if you take things one step at a time. Try to gradually incorporate new habits over time, and before you know it, you will be eating more healthy food. Drinking water straight up....no added juice or tea etc. Pure water hydrates the body, releases the toxins, have a glass of water about 20 minutes before a meal and it will curb your appetite! That will help you to lose weight.
Eating a healthier diet may be intimidating at first. But once you see for yourself how good it makes you feel -- and how good healthy food can taste -- you have a better chance of succeeding. Over time, your preferences will change and cravings for bad-for-you foods will fade away. If you have questions please feel free to PM me.

Core stability, the basis of postural strength, functional strength, and overall wellbeing. My classes: Cardio/ Core Tuesday morning 9:15, Core Strength Tuesday evening 5:30 and Core Strength Thursday at 10:15.. Be challenged by this full body work out utilizing the stability ball, weights, body bar etc. Enhance balance, build strength and increase flexibility! ! It's fun.....honest💪
