Always trying to find ways to integrate a values culture in one where the core of behavioural responses is typically looked at from an analytical perspective versus pausing to check in to go to the origins of the trigger. This little book was written from the perspective of feng shui placements using the energies of crystals and stones. Stones and crystals have qualities that are described as universal values and have been for decades. This is a happy little marriage of feng shui, crystals and universal values to introduce intention in behaviour responses and relationships in the work office on one's desk, around it or in the office environment. I sometimes get a glimpse into chronic unhealthy work environments where there is a lack of true empathy and where the listener is a third-sider, not a one-sided allie.
