i used to barely stretch before or after my workouts and I would wonder why I wasn’t achieving full range of motion and why my body/muscles would ache after my workouts…. After dedicating time into warming and cooling down my body with a good stretch routine is when I started noticing a WORLD of a difference in my lifts and an insane amount of progress. Of course I made other changes to my routine along the way that helped me see changes in how I feel but I believe a big part of it is attributable to stretching my body adequately and falling in love with taking proper care of myself 🌱🫶🏼
