Menopause be like……
You’re expected to keep climbing—but your tank is empty, your engine is overheating, you have a flat tire, and gravity keeps pulling you backwards. 🚗💨
And somehow, you’re told to just “push through.”
You are not lazy.
You are not weak.
Your body is asking for support—not more pressure.
Sometimes, we need to stop repairing ourselves at the side of the road and finally get the right fuel. ⛽️
Menopause care can include sleep, nutrition, movement, stress support, and—when appropriate—hormonal or non-hormonal treatment.
You were never meant to run on empty. 💛

Rebranding va**nal estrogen cream… 💛
SPC: Sepsis Prevention Cream
As estrogen declines, the tissues of the va**na and urinary tract become thinner, drier and more vulnerable to infection. For appropriate peri- and postmenopausal women, va**nal estrogen can significantly reduce recurrent UTIs.
And preventing a UTI may mean preventing its potentially serious complications—including hospitalization and urosepsis.
This tiny tube is not “just” for va**nal dryness.
It can support:
✨ Vaginal and vulvar comfort
✨ Urinary health
✨ Fewer recurrent UTIs
✨ Sexual comfort
✨ Quality of life
Maybe va**nal estrogen needed a rebrand all along.
Ask your healthcare professional whether va**nal estrogen is appropriate for you.

Your hormones and your gut are in constant conversation.
The gut contains a collection of bacteria and bacterial genes known as the estrobolome, which helps metabolize and recycle estrogen.
At the same time, changing estrogen levels—particularly during perimenopause and menopause—may influence the composition and function of the gut microbiome.
The relationship is complex, and research is still evolving. But it is another reminder that menopause affects far more than periods and hot flashes—it is a whole-body transition.
Supporting gut health matters: fibre-rich foods, plant diversity, regular movement, sleep and fermented foods where tolerated.
Your gut may be part of your hormone story, too.

Hot flashes aren’t the only sign of menopause.
As estrogen declines, women may notice:
• New joint pain or stiffness
• Aching muscles
• Tendon problems or slower recovery
• Loss of muscle strength
• Frozen shoulder
• Reduced bone density
• Injuries that seem to appear “out of nowhere”
This cluster of symptoms is increasingly recognized as the musculoskeletal syndrome of menopause.
The answer isn’t simply to accept it as ageing. A proper assessment should consider hormonal changes while also ruling out thyroid disease, vitamin deficiencies, inflammatory arthritis and other causes.
Strength training, adequate protein, vitamin D, weight-bearing exercise, physiotherapy—and, for appropriate patients, menopause hormone therapy—may all form part of an individualized plan.
Your pain is real.
Your changing body deserves attention.
And no woman gets a prize for suffering in silence.

An IUD isn’t just about contraception.
For some women in perimenopause, a levonorgestrel IUD can be an important part of managing heavy or unpredictable bleeding — while also providing reliable contraception.
And when appropriate, certain 52-mg levonorgestrel IUDs can provide the progestogen component of menopausal hormone therapy alongside systemic estrogen.
Perimenopause care isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes a very small device can be one piece of a much bigger hormone plan.
