It’s the long weekend AND there’s sun! I never thought I’d see it again with all of this rain lately.

I will be away from Saturday, May 16 to Tuesday, May 19.
I have openings on May 20th, 21st and 22nd. Make sure to book before they’re gone!

Firstly, apologizing for having hair is a wild thing to worry about when you’re coming to me to remove your hair. If you didn’t have hair, I wouldn’t have a job. Please stop apologizing for it!

Secondly, when you don’t exfoliate or moisturize, you’re robbing yourself of the best results. The hair gets thinner and softer and has a tougher time breaking through the skin. Exfoliating and moisturizing helps by removing dead skin cells and softening the skin.

Thirdly, and most importantly, we don’t self hate around here. We love ourselves in our worst and best states. Social media is constantly telling us we have too much hair, we have too much fat, we have too many wrinkles, we don’t breathe properly, we don’t sleep properly, we don’t eat properly… the list is never ending. Put the phone down. Step away from the mirror. We are our worst critics. Take care of yourself the best you can - even if some days that means just surviving the day.

Life is hard as it is. Don’t make it harder for yourself. (I have to remind myself to do the same!)

My space is a no judgment zone. Come as you are, unapologetically and leave feeling fresher and lighter ❤️
