It’s the season to drink, dance, shop, cook, clean, wrap, ice skate, lay on the couch all day and indulge in holiday baking… okay your body might not feel the best some days and it’s easy to reach for pain meds, however did you know that Tylonel actually reduces Glutathione in your body, so instead of reaching for Tylonel for a pain med on the regular, perhaps you could try some all natural healthy alternatives, drink plenty of H20, stretch, deep belly breath, bundle up and go for a walk outside in the fresh air, get a good night sleep, limit caffeine, alcohol and sugary high fatty foods - and if the headache is fierce, peppermint oil on the temples, cold compress to the back of the neck, blood flow meditation and yes get in for your massage therapy appointment and book well in advance so its a preventative treatment….
