To my dear clients,
beginning January 1st you will see an increase in pricing for my reflexology and reiki services as well as tarot readings. My rates have always been well below other practitioners in our region but with the increasing cost of living it is time to bring them up to the average pricing for these services. For those of you who already booked treatments before today for the new year or who have purchased gift cards for the set amount of the service prior to today, I will honour the old pricing. Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to continuing to hold space for your healing.

Prenatal yoga is designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of the expecting mother. The practice includes postures, breathwork and meditations all aimed to aid the mother through her pregnancy and prepare her for labour.

A message from your reflexologist. Take your shoes off and walk bare foot in the earth! It can be sand, grass or mud doesn’t matter. Each foot consists of 26 bones, 30 joints and over 100 muscles tendons and ligaments. In order to utilize all parts of the foot take off those damn foot prisons and let your feet do their thing 🦶
